Taken out of context, blog comments made by Amanda Marcotte and Melissa McEwan do express what appear a strong anti-Catholic bias; however, you must understand these comments were made in response to extremely hateful attacks by Catholics like John Horvat II. Both sides were looking to find each other's vulnerable sensitivities. Don't judge until you read the comment chain.
