Georgia bill defines personhood at conception

As more fertilized eggs are lost through monthly menstrual cycles than through surgical abortions, Georgia stands to become the leader in preborn deaths unless they pass a companion bill outlawing menstruation.

"We encourage pro-lifers across the nation to support legislation that protects human life from the beginning by establishing personhood for the preborn child,” says Ms. Judie Brown, President of the American Life League.

Do you think Ms. Brown truly feels that the thousands of children living in abusive homes are less worthy of our protection than an undifferentiated clump of cells? If Ms. Brown’s religious beliefs state that life begins at conception, let her morn alone with the bloody sloughing of the preborn that is her natural birthright.
